Because we sell prescription and health-related products, we must comply with strict federal and pharmacy regulations regarding returns.

1. Prescription Medication Return Policy
Due to U.S. FDA regulations and public health policies:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on prescription medications once they have been shipped, even if the package remains unopened.
- This policy protects all customers by ensuring the integrity, safety, and authenticity of our pharmaceutical products.
Please double-check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect (wrong medication or wrong quantity)
- Defective (expired or compromised product)
You are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement shipment.
To qualify:
- Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the package and product showing the issue.
- Email us at sales@dillionspharmacy.com with your order number and details.
Our team will investigate promptly and offer a solution within 48 hours.
3. Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
Please note:
We cannot issue refunds for orders returned to us due to customer errors (e.g., wrong address provided) unless agreed upon after review.
4. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
5. Important Notes
- Refunds and replacements are issued at the discretion of Dillions Pharmacy, based on investigation of each case.
- Orders seized or delayed by customs are not eligible for a refund, as customs clearance is beyond our control.
- We recommend tracking your shipment closely and contacting us if there are any delays or concerns.
